Squash Club Championships

Hi all. The 2015 Squash Club Championships are closer then you think! I am proposing that the finals night will be on 28th March 2015. Easter begins with Good Friday on 3 April and according to the Glasgow council website the schools break on that day. Playing the finals after Easter will mean a lengthy delay (at least three weeks) after the season ends on 18th March 2015. I have looked at the deadlines needed for each round and we should be okay to play the finals on 28th March 2015 as long as players get organised promptly. I will do the draw this week and will include all squash team players unless they email me and request exclusion. However, if other members wish to take part then please do email me and where space is available you can be included. In this case you must email before Thursday of this week. There will as usual be a Ladies and a Men's closed (members only) competitions with a plate thrown in where numbers allow. If any Lady wishes to play in the Men's competition as well as the Ladies competition please do email. Regards all Geoff Cordwell Squash Convenor
