Squash Court Booking Rules

• Tennis & Squash Members may book a Squash court up to 7 days prior.
• When booking 7 days prior, the squash courts can only be booked from 7am onwards.
• Members must use this booking system to reserve a court and pay the appropriate court booking fee.
• We currently have a restriction that a member may only book one court per day, this is to prevent double court bookings, ensuring that everyone has fair opportunity to book courts.
• Courts must be booked prior to use – you cannot turn up and just use a court even if it is empty. If you have any queries with your account, or setting up access to the booking system please contact info@glasgowwestern.co.uk.

Member Accounts & Top-up Vouchers

• Each member has an account within this booking system.
• Members must have credit in their account to book courts.
• Members can top-up their accounts online when logged into the booking system website. Click the link to "Buy Credit Online" and follow the instructions. Your payment will be processed by PayPal -- you do not need a PayPal account to complete the transaction, you can use most any credit or debit card. Your booking system account will be automatically credited as soon as you complete the transaction.

Booking Fees

• £1.50 per booking (45 minutes) at all times.

Bringing Guests in to play

The club welcomes members bringing in occasional guests to play in the club. A non-member may come to play in a maximum of twice per calendar month, and on payment of a guest fee of £5 per visitor.

• When playing a guest, members MUST:
  • Select "GUEST £5" as the playing partner/opponent to show on the booking sheet.
  • The system will automatically add the £5 guest fee to the booking fee already paid.
  • If you're no longer playing a guest, you can change your playing partner/opponent to a member, and the additional guest fee will be removed.
  • This can be done when you book the court or any time before playing.
  • If you forget to select "GUEST £5" as the playing partner/opponent before playing, then please be sure to use the facility to "TransferCredit" to the "Guest £5" account on this system.

Late-Cancellations & Refunds

• When unable to use a court, members should cancel the booking as soon as possible so that the court may be used by other members.
• When the court is cancelled more than 48 hrs prior to the court start time, the booking fee is automatically refunded.
• When the court is cancelled within 48 hours of court start time, the booking fee is only refunded if the same court is re-booked by another member.
